Our office is located in 85260 on the southwest corner of Frank Lloyd Wright and Thompson Peak, next to Pita Jungle in the Safeway Shopping Center. Horizon Modern Dentistry offers general and specialty dental treatment, including oral surgery for extractions, endodontics for root canals, and periodontics. We are open for both routine care and dental emergencies, including issues related to broken or cracked teeth, mouth pain, swelling, infected teeth, and can provide options for orthodontic care. Our office accepts many dental insurance plans. If you need alternative options, we have an in-house discount plan, financing, and payment solutions. Horizon Modern Dentistry now offers teledentistry through which you can video consult with one of our doctors.
